DePaul University

Creative Producer assigned to collaborate with in-house marketing team to capture high-profile students and alumni for the school’s Many Dreams, One Mission fundraising campaign.

DePaul’s communications department was planning a capital campaign, Many Dreams, One Mission, and needed compelling photography to set the proper tone for their marketing materials. As Creative Producer this project took five months to complete and required photographing at all six Chicagoland DePaul campuses. The campaign featured over 60 high-profile DePaul University students and alumni—including six-term Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daily.

The Role

As Creative Producer I was responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating the project while driving it through the entire lifecycle. This was an internal position with a high level of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write statement of work.
  • Serve as the primary point-of-contact for project stakeholders.
  • Clearly communicate project timelines, including milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to both agency and the client teams.
  • Responsible for managing, controlling, and reporting on the budgetary status of project.
  • Final accounting wrap and invoicing.

My goal for every project I manage—deliver creative excellence.
